We have been brewing for many years (I would say decades but that\nmakes me feel old). Over the years we have introduced many people to the joys\nof homebrewing, we started our own brewing webcast and have enjoyed every\nminute of it. Just like every other homebrewer we dreamt<\/a> of opening our own brewery. Unlike\nmost homebrewers we decided to do more than just dream, we decided to act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We spent a few years talking with professional brewers and beer distributors. We\nspent long nights reading other brewers success stories and analyzing failures.\nWe studied processes and equipment, we examined our own processes for\nimprovement, and then we spent 2 years putting it all together in a business\nplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the summer or 2016 after several years of preparation we\nincorporated and started to sell stock in our dream. Our goal is to have our\npilot brewhouse open by  Summer\n2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve come along way from an old leaky door-less horse barn with\nno water, outdated and nonfunctional electrical, that was used to store old\njunk. We are almost there and are very excited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
